⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing experience with Pioneer Pole Buildings! They built our 40x20 garage with a beautiful 28x22 covered patio, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Roland in sales was fantastic—professional, helpful, and easy to communicate with. He really listened to our ideas and helped bring the whole vision together. CT handled the excavation and did an excellent job. Everything was graded perfectly and ready to go—his attention to detail gave us a solid foundation to build on. David, the foreman of the carpentry crew, led a great team. The build quality is top-notch, and the attention to craftsmanship really shows—especially in the clean lines, trim work, and overall design of the patio. The lighting at night and the reflection in the pool highlight just how well everything came together. One of the most impressive things about working with Pioneer was how they stuck to the timeline from the very beginning. From excavation to framing, siding, roofing, and even the overhead garage door installation—every step was on schedule, with no delays or surprises. Highly recommend Pioneer Pole Buildings if you’re looking for a quality structure and a smooth, professional process from start to finish.

Pioneer pole building company were very easy to deal with and had an extremely well groomed staff and crew! Our Building was built in 1 day. Now, our Building isn't as big as many but we were extremely Impressed of how well the building crew worked as a unit and everyone knew exactly what needed to be done! The door and the concrete crew were outstanding as well, we can't short them in this review. All in all, I /we were very Impressed for what we built and price was perfect for what we could afford. Lastly, If you choose Pioneer, you won't be disappointed!

Crew was very efficient and hardworking. Pioneer seem to understand that I am myself not a pole barn builder, and worked with me With some last-minute changes to make sure it all got done the way I wanted it in the end. 5 days on site and I had a 30x30 barn. Thank you thank you!
