We have had the best experience as first-time hot tub buyers and users. Dale was our salesman and he made our experience such an enjoyable and stress free time. He is very thorough and made sure we chose the right hot tub for our needs and wants. Once the hot tub was set up, he came to our house to make sure everything was running smoothly and that we knew what we were doing. That showed us how passionate he is and that he takes great pride in his job! The delivery men were on time and did an incredible job at placing and setting up the cover. Amazing customer service! We purchased several outdoor tables, chairs and umbrellas for our restaurant patio. We had both Amanda and Anna helping us with selections, prices and delivery directly to the patio. We are so very pleased with everything. Great experience! I also noticed a tiny break/separation on the back of one of the chairs. It wasn't a big deal at all, but I happened to mention it to Anna. She immediately told me they would replace the chair. She even offered to deliver it! The patio looks amazing!

From the time that we decided to put in an above ground pool our experience with Brantford Pioneer Pools and salesmen Dale has been outstanding. Once the pool was delivered and the yard was excavated Pioneer Pools set the pool up and attached the necessary plumbing. Being a new pool owner, I had questions about maintaining the chemicals to keep the water stable. Whenever I went in to get the water tested, I spoke with Dale, who was very informative in giving the information.
