Very bad service...they will pay for their arrogance, check the material before you make the payment, you won't get the material you ordered. Companies like TATA, JSW, SAIL should cancel their dealership.

Do not trust this company. Check the material twice before making payments. If you pay advance then for sure you are to receive different material than you ordered. They are not willing to hear a word from us and keep on repeating some unacceptable reasons. Kindly avoid the company.

The way people treated for returning back the defective steel was intolerable... They made us wait for more than 4 hrs to replace the steel in their Godown near Vadamadurai. The office staff handling the delivery and returns was non cooperative. To remind you clearly without customers u can't run business. So treat your customers politely and those who are new to your place guide them properly with all your procedures. Instead don't make them please you for knowing things. It's a real incident happened to me. With clear consciousness I post this comment. Not to degrade. But, these kinda attitude won't last for long run. Posted today 12-06-2018
