Attention: Do not take your child to this place! Take your child to see regular dentist plz! If your regular dentist recommended you to this place please leave your dentist and find a new one! This is a monster human being place. They tie up your child like mummy. They do nothing but destroy your child’s nature tooth. They try their best to crown as many as they could to make as much money as they can which the tooth dose not have to be done like that. Then the crown failed you got infractions and extraction. New teeth coming out without space then you have to go the see orthodontist to spent thousands bucks to fix that. It was a nightmare for me and my family for 8-9yrs. No only the money but also for the fears to see a dentist of my child. I don’t know why this place still exists in Canada. But however hope you see this comment and Do NOT GO THERE. The staff were amazing. My son is 3 and will be 4 in January, and they were so good with him. I was nervous about bringing him, after remembering when I was a kid and had to have caps and having a horrible experience. The staff at pinnacle dental were amazing! They told me exactly everything that was going on, And I was allowed to peak in the door to see how my son was doing, whenever I wanted. We won’t have any issues going back!

The negative reviews on this office made me very nervous to take my young child here but I'm so glad that I did. Major dental work for kids must be difficult on a staff as it's a difficult process to make super positive. I thought their approach to the entire process was refreshing, professional and effective. Their confidence made me feel better and got my son through the entire process quickly which in the end was incredible positive for him.
