I have used this Business Center since 2014 for my small research and technology consultancy firm. Location is outstanding, parking is free and there are many good lunch options within walking distance. Office walls are thick and very good at blocking out sound from other offices. Tenants are generally nice and professional. Management is very quick to respond to inquiries and concerns.

The attitude of the staff is superior, helpful and friendly; the location is perfect due to access to 270 or the beltway; the full service amenities are great including copier, wifi, server/email, national phone service, great parking, security, kitchen access (free coffee always, excellent bagels and fruit on Fridays); Again, staff is fantastic, co-tenants are friendly and respectful, entire atmosphere is great!
