It’s the most awful experience of the maid service I’ve ever had. The staff is unqualified and negligent. The only way to get adequate service is if you’re willing to stand along and control each movement. Otherwise you’ll find that they didn’t fit into 2 hours to clean the studio and you’ll have to chores yourself.

Disappointed with the booking service provided by Lorena. She is responsible for creating timely bookings for clients, yet she repeatedly changed the time without proper communication or consideration. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and reflected poorly on the level of service expected. It’s honestly one of the worst cleaning companies I have encountered with no consideration for their clients!

SAVE YOURSELF!!! Worst cleaning company ever. Booked them through smiles app for sofa cleaning. they arrived 2 hours late from appointment time. Instead of using chemicals to clean, they just sprayed water from my bathroom, did not steam, did not remove the stains, made mess on floor, left sofa wet which did not dry next two days. when i left them review they contacted me to redo the service and on the second time no one showed up. instead they blamed me for not confirming the time. I have their call recording and messages. Such a pathetic company. not recommended at all.
