I've lived in ~10 apartments over the last 10 years. This is the worst experience I have had. 2 stars because the actual apartments themselves aren't too bad. Both of my downstairs neighbors were running daycares out of their apartments. Lots of noise, lots of kids, people dropping off their kids taking up parking or parking in the fire lanes. A move out inspection is more or less worthless as they will write "to be assessed by vendor" while assuring you that everything is okay. I've never had an apartment keep more than ~half of a security deposit. This place decided they wanted more than the deposit. Not sure why I was charged for a carpet clean and a carpet replacement? Just paid it to be done with these people. Happy to be a homeowner now. Renting is a nightmare. Especially here. Look elsewhere.

I lived in these apartments for 5-6 years. When my roommate and I first moved in, the landscaping was always maintained, nice pool & pool chairs / lounges. The office staff was always friendly and professional. After 2-3 years into living here, the management changed and so did the complex. There no longer was any pool chairs / lounge chairs when it came to summertime. When asking management if more were ordered, they stated it was not in the budget for the year..... I was resorted to buy my own lounge chair! Shortly after, an Amazon parcel locker was built right at the front of the complex in a grass area (such an eye sore & why are they spending money on that?). THe neighbors do not care that they live in a community... Allowing their dogs to use the restroom in front/behind units forcing us to never open our windows because the smell was so bad.... These neighbors should have been kicked out for the amount of noise complaints they got. Maintenance was always friendly, but always looks for reasons not to replace old appliances- most likely due to management. The first summer when we moved in, the HVAC unit always broke during the summer. After living in a unit for so long (remember about 5 years) and it coming with older appliances, everything began to break. Management continued to lie and not replace old appliances. Management stated in an email that to avoid our AC unit from breaking in summer, we need to keep our AC unit on 247 (higher temp when not home). Our PGE bill would then be $600 during summertime because of this!!! We had this bill every 3 months during the 5 years- that is just shy of $5k we spent in PGE bills. So money came out of OUR pocket instead of the complex doing what they should and replace the unit when we experienced it breaking every summer for 5 years. We both decided it no longer was a complex we felt safe, comfortable, or enjoyed living in so we moved out. Of course, the moving out process was difficult since the office lacked communication & guidance. I would not recommend living here.
