Disappointing Product & Misleading Service – Avoid I bought an iPhone 16 Pro case from this store two weeks ago, and it has been a complete disappointment. On the third day, the metal frame already had a massive scratch, despite the salesperson, Rousseau, assuring me it was “very strong.” Clearly, that wasn’t true. Worse, I specifically asked if the case would work with MagSafe charging, and she confidently said “definitely.” It doesn’t. Now, I have to remove the case every single night just to charge my phone, which is beyond frustrating. To make matters worse, when I was purchasing it, she pushed me to leave a five-star review in exchange for a small discount. I went along with it, trusting that both the service and product would be good—but that was a mistake. This case was expensive, low quality, and falsely advertised. I’ve now gone back to using my original Apple case because this one was a waste of money. I’m updating my review to one star because this isn’t fair to customers. Avoid this place if you want honesty, quality, and a product that actually delivers on its promises.
