Awesome first time experience. Took my son's Iphone 13 Pro in. It wouldn't turn on and seemed like the glass was separating from the rest if the phone. Took the gentlemen w the beard about 2 seconds to recognize it as a faulty, swollen battery that needed replacing. They had the part in stock and were able to get it done in under 30 minutes. Couldn't be happier!
Had a Samsung Note that just bricked after a rain storm while in my pocket. They said they would look at it. After a week, I had to call and see if there was any progress. I was told that the phone was bricked. I was charged a diagnostic fee (previously agreed upon). But when I went to pick it up, the perfect curved screen was now completely busted up on the phone. I can only assume they charged me to Farm good parts (the flawless screen) off of my bricked phone. I would find somewhere else to trust with your electronic repair.
