went in today, not only did they fixed my screen well under half an hour, but they also replaced everything they found faulty, like the camera cables that were damaged and the battery that was basically gone, all with original Apple parts and for a really reasonable price. it's not the first time I've fixed my phone, but it is the first time someone actually fixed it properly. I really highly recommend this place and I know where I'll be going in the future if needed. highly recommended.
Feel annoyed to have to give any stars at all! Absolutely appalling service. I spent £240 on a replacement screen and when the screen detached from the phone within the 12 month warranty I was refused a repair. Firstly I was told it was just a 3 month warranty and then i must have damaged the phone as it was "not working". When they finally admitted it was a 12 month warranty they tried to say that the warranty would only be valid if the "screen" was still working....apparently even if the screen repair became detached "the screen would still work"??? Absolute refusal to investigate or accept any responsibility. I travelled 40 miles to visit the store based upon an email from them saying "drop it in any time" after I emailed describing the issue......within 10 seconds of arrival I was fobbed off! Significant cost of repair in the first instance yet once an issue occurs they are no more than a back street junk shop! Ironic eh! When I asked to speak to the manager I was refused but asked to email the generic email....no reply to my concerns after doing this! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! PS they respond to my Google review with false claims and yet they are unable to respond to a single email directly????
Popped in today for replacement batteries on two I phones.... brilliant service.. all done in half an hour ... really friendly knowledgeable staff. Would recommend to anyone.well done
