Not sure how these guys don’t do refunds but it’s kind of ridiculous I only had the case for a little while and had trouble trying to use the buttons to the point where I had to force the button to actually press it and he’s trying to sit there and explain to me that my old case and new one are the same when they are not. Literally different material, one is rubber the other one isn’t. Not coming back to this place honestly after that terrible experience. At this point you’d be safer getting cases online from places like SHEIN. And didn’t like the fact that he was so hands on with my phone when he didn’t need to do anything with it.
