Showed up to visit for dizziness the nurses were great. A psychiatrist showed. Up and changed most of meds. I never met him . But he quickly went over my Drs head. I've been here 5 days with vertigo. I'd like to know what right he has. I plan on finding another hospital. The two stars are for the nurses and assistants. I drove quite a distance because I thought they were the best around. No diagnosis and no answers. No more Phoenixville

I delivered my first baby at the Phoenixville Hospital a month ago, I didn’t know what to expect but the kind of care and service I received was amazing. Shoutout to all the L&D nurses. Their service was exceptional . They encouraged me so well to help me get through the labor process. And not to forget, My baby received excellent care too.

Had my daughter here years ago and they botched my c-section delivery. They gave me the wrong kind of epidural to numb me, and I felt the incision on my right side. When I told my delivery doctor (Dr. Canterella) she completely dismissed me and made me feel like I was "making it up". Not only that, but the some of the nurses were rude and arrogant when I tried to advocate for myself. Just made me feel like another number, and not a valued patient. Won't recommend this hospital to anyone.

We had an amazing experience from the moment we were brought to the back of the ER room. The entire team both female and male nurses was so kind, attentive, and professional. Their teamwork, gentle approach, and clear communication made us feel comfortable and genuinely cared for right away. PA-C Alice Niwinski was absolutely exceptional. She was patient, thorough, and incredibly kind. She listened without rushing, explained everything clearly, and made us feel like we were her top priority. Her compassion and calm presence made a world of difference.Thank you Alice! 🥹 And to close it all out, Chrissie, our close-out nurse, was outstanding! She made sure all our questions were answered, handled everything efficiently, and left us with peace of mind. Her warmth and professionalism were the perfect ending to a great visit. We’re so grateful for the entire care team. This was one of the best healthcare experiences we’ve had thank you all for going above and beyond!
