Compared with a big city pho place, the beef broth flavor was on the weaker side, the rare beef slices were not thin enough, and the noodles were a bit soft. The condensed milk coffee was also missing it's characteristic strength and was too sweet, condensed milk sweet. Fresh rolls had really fresh ingredients including high quality shrimp, but paired it with a peanut sauce that did not taste quite like typical pho peanut sauce for this dish. I would say however they do a good job maintaining their restaurant decor, and their waiter was very polite and responsive. No complaints in the services quality at all.

Aside from the satay pho, which didn’t taste of satay, I would not order any other item. The food didn’t taste authentic or very good. Wait times were extremely long despite an empty restaurant at 6pm.

we enjoyed a great experience at this Pho spot, which offers genuine flavors in all its meals. the dining room is spacious enough, and the husband and wife owners make a terrific team. since we were just visiting, they were especially welcoming and even gave us some delicious fried chicken on the house. this is certainly a place we plan to revisit on our next trip to charlottetown.

the remarkable flavors here are a real draw. the beef pho offered a wonderful taste experience, and the lemongrass chicken was simply fantastic. concluding with a strong vietnamese iced coffee, the intensity of these dishes is hard to find anywhere else in town. furthermore, the owner was genuinely welcoming and eager to answer any questions we had.
