My (now) fiance and I had an exceptional experience working with Philippe & Co! We had 2 meetings to design my engagement ring and Phil was very welcoming and patient every time. At our proposal, the ring was even more beautiful than I could have imagined, and my partner and Phil added a suprise element to the ring - our birthstones were on the inside! As two black lesbians, our experience was very pleasant and I would recommend Phil to anyone looking to design their own one-of-a-kind ring.

Philippe was the only jeweler I found who could create both a custom elongated oval diamond and a custom ring. The result was absolutely perfect and exactly as we had envisioned. He took the time and care to craft the perfect piece. We went to his office 3 times before finalizing the order and every time he took his time with us. Very honest and professional. I’m very glad I found Phillipe for my engagement ring project. I wanted to create a custom ring but had a specific budget, and at first I thought it would be impossible. Phillipe made the entire process simple, pleasant, and stress-free. From my very first call and email with my idea to the day I picked up the finished ring, Phillipe was always supportive, helpful, and attentive. He met with me at his office, carefully noted my idea, showed me examples of diamonds, explained all the details, and created something truly beautiful within my budget. The ring turned out exactly like the 3D sketch we had agreed on, and the final result was stunning. My fiancée absolutely loved it. The only small downside for me was that the shop is located downtown, which can be difficult to access by car. However, it wasn’t a big issue since I only had to go twice, once to place the order and once to pick it up. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the experience or the result. Phillipe exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a custom ring.
