I moved into a house just accross the street from the strip mall that Phils is in. One day I wasn't going to be able to go to my reg chain pharmacy so asked to have the prescription sent to Phils. So glad I did! Haven't gone anywhere else since. Everyone there is very friendly and will go out of their way to help. One time I called 15 min before they closed on a Sat asking if there was any way to get my script before they closed for the weekend and they said without hesitation, No Problem! My previous chain pharmacy would have told me to shove it up my hat, they need half a day to pull a box of whatever off the shelf! I arrived 2 min before closing and got no attitude from anyone about getting there just as they were getting ready to lock up... Great Pharmacy, old fashioned customer service, highly recommend! Oh ya......although their store area isn't very large they always seem to have anything I need and prices are much better than you would think from a small neighborhood pharmacy.

Terrible walk in clinic No staff on site to actually do any kind of assessment. No temperature no blood pressure nothing. Arrived as store was opening. Booked an appointment. Got 2 texts and emails back to back with different times. Replied with questions like the email suggested and never heard back. Went back in for the later time was given. Didnt get the text rhat my appointment was coming yp soon until well after that time. When I got there the internet was out. Didn't seem like the clerk was doing anything to remedy the issue. Asked if they could have them do the appointment on my phone, was told there was no way for her to contact the Dr's as the internet was down. Surely there must be a phone number. Noone called me back saying the internet was up and running. Received a text for phone appointment scheduled at a time that didn't work emailed to change the appointment as listed in the text never heard back. Called back the pharmacy and was told I was taken off the clinic wait list by wanting a phone appointment but was never told that would happen. Never in a million years would i have cancelled. Unfortunately there is really no other option for walk in clinics in town because they are all either telemedicine or need to belong to that group. But this option sure is terrible. Can't comment on the pharmacy as I didn't use there service

Great pharmacy and staff. Terrible walk in clinic. I arrived 40 minutes before the place opened and was first in line. I was spoken to at 9:10 am and was told the appointment wouldnt be for a couple hours. I got a text to come back at 1135am. I talked to a doctor over a video chat, he said how can I help you, i told him what was wrong and the he said ok I'm prescribing you this. He prescribed me something I could have bought over the counter and the chat lasted 3 minutes. Doctor didnt seem eager to help and only spoke a couple words to me. The pharmacy staff and Phil are very nice and helpful. Although I can't rate this place high because of how poor the walk in clinic is. I wouldnt recommend the walk in clinic to anyone but I recommend the pharmacy to everyone.
