Manager had no quality of a manager. Need to check his credentials. Poor management and customer service. No quality improvement or assurance process happening. The owner of Nixon has to reevaluate the managers qualification. If someone will contact from Nixon pharmacy, I will explain what happen to me .

These guys don’t understand what I’m saying when I call to order my meds so I don’t feel comfortable. Sorry and good luck I’m looking for a new pharmacy.

Absolutely amazing pharmacy. From the customer service, the staff to the pharmacist, 10 out of 10. They are kind, patient and always make the customer feel heard and supported. They take the time to make sure you understand and are always polite and courteous. When you have complex needs, having a good pharmacy makes a world of difference and take one less stress off your shoulders. I for one can say, I am forever grateful for the support and service I have received at this particular pharmacy and I highly recommend them:)
