Dr. Mustafa Khan was truly the kindest person I’ve met. He’s helped my mom so much with getting her prescriptions on time and always giving her honest opinion on what’s the best course of action with regards to medical advice. My mom and family have been with him for the past 20 years and I don’t plan on changing that! I definitely recommend!

Edited to reply to owner’s response below: I never once asked for two bottles of Tylenol nor did I even ask for two syringes. I was asked by the employee who was cashing me out if I needed more than one syringe which led the female owner to freak out on her and embarrass her. If you are going to take the time to reply to a review, at least be honest. This was an opportunity for you to reflect and learn, yet you are choosing to lie about what happened to save face. This only reinforces what I said in my initial review, you are unprofessional and unkind business owners who do not deserve to be supported. I can’t engage in meaningful discussion with someone who is deliberately choosing to paint a completely different narrative than what happened. If you won’t use this very honest review as an opportunity to improve, then it will at least inform others about who they are supporting. I do not gain anything from lying, but clearly you do. There are plenty of kind, professional, and knowledgeable pharmacists in Cambridge. I agree with one of the reviews below about the female owner treating people horrifically. Do not support this pharmacy unless you support an employer unfairly treating their customers and their employees who aren’t their family members. I went here tonight with my children to purchase medicine for them. At cash out one of their employees kindly offered me more than one syringe since I had two children who were sick. The owner proceeded to rudely yell at her and shame her in front of me. It was so bad that I felt inclined to step in to let her know there was no need to be rude, she responded by telling me to mind my own business and said she has a right to address her employee. She also told me to never return to their location. Never once did I swear or raise my voice at her, but she didn’t like that I spoke out against her bullying her employee. The female owner lacks complete professionalism, she is rude and appalling. Nobody deserves harassment at their workplace and if this is how she talks to her employees with children and customers present in the pharmacy, I can only imagine what is said behind closed doors. A business run by cold hearted and unprofessional people does not deserve support from their local community.

Best customer service I've ever experienced at a pharmacy! Purchased some vitamins and after I had already taken one, I realized I had an issue with one of the ingredients (gelatin). I needed to know which animal the gelatin was derived from so I called them and asked if they could contact the manufacturer and find out for me but instead, they said they had the same vitamins from a fully vegetarian brand and that they would just exchange them, free of charge even though I already opened the first pack. Very impressed with this level of care for their customers. Highly recommend.
