My family's experience with the team at Cumberland Pharmasave has been beyond positive throughout the years. They played a key role as part of my mom's health journey especially during her years battling Alzheimer's prior to her passing. The team was always very thoughtful, supportive and always remembered the details with her medication and needs. Also they have been the same with my father through the years and always pleasant, patient and helpful towards him when he would visit to pick up his medication. I also truly appreciate how proactive the team is in contacting me or my sister with any script changes for my dad. One recent situation that occurred and the teams responsive was so very thoughtful. My father's short term memory has been impacted due to aging. Recently he visited the pharmacy thinking he was going to the bank. The pharmacy team called us right away and assisted in redirecting my dad and ensuring he was safe. The team at this pharmacy is a very caring, experienced, knowledgeable group of professionals who always go above and beyond for their clients. Thank you for all of your support with our family.

**Review from May 30, 2024** Anyone who knows me understands that I do not normally leave reviews online, but for this I made an exception. About a year ago around this time, my mother had a heart attack. Thankfully, she survived. However, she was in and out of the hospital for quite some time, had to receive consultation from several medical specialists across the GTA, had to undergo Cardiac Rehabilitation, and was required to take a myriad of medication to sustain her life. This is where Pharmasave Cumberland Pharmacy entered the picture. Although my mother was a customer of theirs before her heart condition, it is the effort and care which the staff at Cumberland exemplified during this trying time that really set them apart. Any questions we had, any changes which needed to be made, any communications with specialists or family physicians, any guidance we needed, they would accommodate, and did so with a smile. Although a number of the staff are no longer with the company, I wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank those team members who were a part of our journey; namely, Eva, Ella, Tejas, Davinder, Mitali, Simran, and Lovepreet. Nearly a year after my initial review, I once again find myself wanting to acknowledge the exceptional service provided by Pharmasave Cumberland Pharmacy. This time, I want to recognize Mitali. Recently, my mother needed an urgent adjustment to her blister pack ahead of a dental appointment. Without hesitation, Mitali stepped up and ensured everything was taken care of efficiently and with the utmost care. Her expertise, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond truly made a difference. Although I live in Mississauga, I made the drive to Brampton, Pharmasave Cumberland, just to say “Thank you” to Mitali in person. Thankfully, she was working that day, and I was able to express my appreciation for her kindness, professionalism, and extensive knowledge face to face. My mother, my family, and I are incredibly grateful, and I wanted Mitali to know just how much her thoughtful gesture meant to us. I had lost my medication and showed up at 7:05 (5 minutes after the store closed). Eva was locking up outside, and when I explained the situation, she re-opened the store and supplied me with enough medication to get through the next 48 hours. Thank you so much. Not many businesses have this kind of service.

He goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service, making the process smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend this pharmacy for their professionalism and efficiency!
