Disappointed. The office itself has a nice atmosphere, some great personalities but communication is a consistent problem. Messages to the scheduler often go unanswered for days, and sometimes not at all. It doesn’t come across as “busy,” more like disorganized. When I was in between jobs and asked about options with private insurance, I didn’t find them very supportive or helpful. I was also referred to a specialist for an implant I was told was necessary to protect bone structure. That specialist ended up explaining it was only for aesthetics, and not even noticeable when I smile. It left me questioning whether the recommendation was really in my best interest.

I feel so fortunate to have found this dentist! As a new patient, I booked a cleaning and dental exam, and was in and out in 45 minutes. Communication was easy and responsive. The staff is attentive, creative, and energetic 🐳❇️🌻 It feels good to find a family practice that takes care of people 🧡

It's so hard to find a new dentist when you move, but I really lucked out when I found Dr. Nguyen. I have a lot going on with my teeth and she seamlessly took over my care from my previous dentist. Dr. Nguyen has a very calm demeanor and a very light touch. Her ability to administer shots is nothing short of amazing - I never feel anything. She and her entire staff are highly professional and extremely friendly. They are responsive to phone calls and are genuinely concerned about their patient's well being. If you need top notch dental care you can't go wrong with Beaverton Dental Arts 👍

Beaverton Dentals Arts is one of the best dentist offices around. Dr. Nguyen provides excellent services and deeply cares for her patients. On a Friday night before Easter weekend my back tooth started to hurt and my face started to swell. I called and left a message on the after hours number and received a call back promptly. Dr. Nguyen prescribed me an antibiotic for the weekend and referred me to an endodontist who was able to see me right away the following week. She also called to check in with me afterwards to make sure I was doing okay. The dental hygienists also do an excellent job cleaning your teeth and are personable and kind. And the front desk staff are always so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!
