I have been going to pet stock for years. I have been getting it priced matched no worries. Although the last time they said no. I just went back the next day and got a different staff member to do it. I went in today and was informed that the item couldn't be priced matched. I then went online and was also informed they couldn't price match. It's now evident that they can't compete so I have decided to go literally across the road to get it cheaper from their competitors.

Visited the Vet side. We took our anxious cat (Nikki) to get looked at. When we arrived there were noisy dogs in the waiting room so we stayed outside to try keep our cat calm one of the veterinarians that was leaving noticed and took us straight into a quiet consult room which was fantastic. The receptionist who handled our booking was also very kind and helpful. Nikki saw Dr Rebecca who was an angel! Dr spent an hour with Nikki due to her anxiety, Rebecca was so patient/caring and we felt our concerns were listened to. Will definitely get both our fur babies to see Dr Rebecca again :)

I was pretty disappointed by one of the staff’s behaviour today. I stopped after work to get a few fish. The beautiful girl behind the register was lovely and told me that she will be with me soon. She came to help me as promised and while she was busy attending to me - a customer - one of the other staff members came around and said. “ I’m busy with puppy school and people are queuing so please hurry up”. I was astound! Then when standing at the register to pay, the lovely girl helping me needed a code for the toy I bought for my puppy and politely asked for assistance. The same rude staff member came to the front and just said “ what’s up?”, with bad body language, entered the code into the register and stormed off. My heart went out to the staff member that helped me. I considered what happened as bullying and no one should be treated like that. So thank you for the girl that helped me, but shame on the lady that treated her and me like we did not matter. Maybe you should consider a change of career, where you are not required to deal with people or animals for that matter.
