kryssy Bryant⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Wonderful Local Pet Shop We've been into this pet shop a few times since it recently opened, and every visit has been a great experience. The staff are incredibly welcoming—they remember our dog and are always happy to offer advice or help with anything we need. It's clear they're genuine animal lovers, which makes a big difference. We were also really impressed to hear about the charitable work the company supports! This has quickly become our go-to pet store, and we’re happy to keep supporting them!
Eleanor LongI went into the Harlestone Heath store inside Blue Diamond garden Centre ( previously Dobbies) on the morning of 17/06/2025. I I have limited mobility and use a mobility scooter. As soon as I entered the store I was warmly welcomed by Tamara and a young man colleague of hers. I asked where kitten food, particularly good quality wet, tinned kitten food and she took me to the shelves and read out all of the different flavours, I bought 4 cans to try my kitten with. Tamara could not have been more professional, friendly and helpful to me, she is an asset to your company.
Paige LeightonWow! Incredible experience today. Unfortunately I didn't get the persons name but he has two Labradors and doesn't normally work in Harlestone. He was so knowledgeable even about products not stocked in that store, no question was to dumb and he took the time to explain raw food to us even though we couldn't get it from that particular store. We left feeling so confident we had all the knowledge to help our new rescue thrive and really feel we have a go to place to shop now. Prices were a little on the high side however both me and my partner agreed that the knowledge alone was worth far more than that. An absolute credit to the company. Please pass this onto him x
Cora AppletonGreat pet shop, staff are really knowledgeable and friendly. Particularly benefitted from the puppy socialisation sessions, helped our puppy get used to other dogs and also introduced us to appropriate treats to give her.
