Edit: They still didn’t have my product after waiting the extra time. Said their supplier was also out of stock and offered a “discount” for another product. I have awarded them 3 stars for “consistent communication” but I don’t think I will shop there again, unless I have to. My order was delayed by two days. However they informed me in a timely manner, and they were careful to explain that they were out of stock. They also gave my options from the same brand that could arrive sooner. 5 star service, and they were cheaper than Amazon and Dubaipetfood!

Never clear on whether or not stock is available. I will always get to know about the problems or delays in delivery only after I've paid. EVERY TIME. I've been buying from here for almost a year now, and it's time to switch. I've been incredibly patient so far. TLDR: disaster for stock availability and expiry dates. The website is never updated. Started ordering from WhatsApp and it's not any better. Customer support, the poor team really tries. But management needs to do better. It's hard to be nice when there's issues everytime I order.

Customer service is excellent, Nikkita was great and helped me to order the products that I needed that were previously out of stock. This is the second time I have ordered from them, and will be doing so weekly from now on! The delivery time has been quick both times, and the delivery drivers have also been very nice and let you know an ETA via WhatsApp. 10/10 experience the whole way through.

we ordered last Friday morning and till now nothing. The delivery is very very very poor. Last time dealing with them. Update: situation resolved and will continue to deal with petpro. The manager is great and efficient in solving the issue but I hope from now on it will not have to escalate to the manager and the staff will be able to deal effectively and swiftly.
