Staff was very polite and knowledgeable on how to care for rabbits. So far the experience has been wonderful and jjajang was tamed 3 days after bringing him home. Staff were not only friendly but they were not pushy when it comes to purchasing of items such as potty, supplements etc. Definitely will purchase another bunny in the future. 😊

Most importantly, you can interact with the guinea pigs for quite some time before deciding which is the one to bring home. There is no pressure to buy from the staff as well, so we actually spent close to an hour before making our decision to bring 2 piggies home. Highly recommended place to look for guinea pigs, other small pets, and accessories. Not to mention the excellent after sales support where they fuss over whether the piggies are eating and drinking well once they're home.
