I don’t know what kind of food they are making but this has been an on going issue I immediately open the bags of food that ARE NOT CHEAP and these black bugs are coming out. I have reported this issue NUMEROUS amounts of time and they still come contaminated. That is why I purchased these grey containers they don’t let bugs in they’re new and clean and I still have THIS issue!!! I have so many birds I feed and I buy in bulk and this is what I am being sent. DO BETTER YOU WONT PAY A VET BILL IF MY BABIES GET SICK!!!!!!!!!!!! I need someone to contact me!!! To you it’s a bird to me THEY ARE MY WHOLE WORLD!!!!

I love the parrot and cockatiel foods so many nuts and vegetables in. Each bag. I won’t change. It so much better then. Sunflower seeds which is in most bird goods.

Bought two bags of their hamster food and both bags were 90% white millet. Attempted to contact the company via email and phone and I cannot get a response from them. Have called and emailed multiple times and they refuse to respond
