Bought food from here thinking they'd be a reputable pet store. NOT AT ALL. Rude , 0 common sense , and management gets nasty when proven wrong. Owned a dog for over 15 years haven't ever seen this happen ONCE in my life and Managment had the audacity to tell me this is NORMAL, and TYPICAL. Claimed it's because "we keep the dog food in the back for a long time so it happens" Top it off says , That as an owner I should check my dogs food before putting in the AIRSEALED CONTAINER I bought specifically for bugs never to go inside their food. Couldn't even give me a free bag of food for the inconvenience of having giving my dog this food before noticing these maggots in it. NO, instead CLAIMS HE DAMN VET and nothing should happen to my dogs. So if one consumes this in their food wouldn't they be worried? Same goes for your pets right? Inconsiderate, rude and nasty person. Brought up talking to a lawyer got scared and threw the dog food to me say to just take it. NASTY NASTY NASTY.

Love this store for the food options and discounts they give. The employees at the registers are very kind too. But I would never trust the grooming employees just based off what I have seen on different occasions while shopping. They leave the dogs unattended on the grooming tables and their handling techniques are not with care. I have received discounts in the mail to try their grooming and never booked because the groomers really need to be retrained on how to handle dogs safely, the tools being use the correct way and not leaving the dogs unattended on the tables. They are pretty much careless so I truly hope they get the retraining and change it around because it is a great store.
