What a great group and facilities. Super pet people who love what they do and it shows. My dog had a great stay and was happy to see me but nonchalant like as if he could have stayed longer! Many thanks Abigail and Haley. I’ve found my boy’s care team when needed. Definitely recommend!

Great place to get your pet groomed! Jeff is the best for cats! Everyone was friendly. It was clean. My cat was happy when I picked him up. Definitely recommend. Look at this lion cut. Love it! They are doing road construction so it’s a little hard to find and you have to drive on a dirt road, but they should be through with it soon. I could not believe how huge this place was. Next time I go on a trip I will try this place for Boarding. The cat area looked great with windows to look outside, and the dog area had plenty of places to run and play.

I have brought my rough collie here to be groomed a few times, and she always comes back looking amazing (photo is before the groom, guess I’ll have to update my review after the next groom 🤷). And Bend Pet Resort does not charge enough for the amount of work that goes into grooming my dog. I’ll definitely keep bringing her back. Also, this business has opened up their door to help out the community of La Pine during the Darlene fire. How lucky we are to have a business like this so close to home!

I was in need of a long-term doggy daycare for my new puppy, and after posting online asking for recommendations; Bend Pet Resort was recommended by one of their groomers - Brendan. I pass this place frequently day to day, and always wanted to check them out. Was able to go in and chat with the one front desk attendant. I forgot her name, however she was super friendly, looked like she loves her job, and helped ease any worries I had - as this was my first long-term doggy day; with a puppy I had adopted in January. I reserved ahead of time because of July 4th, which was a super smooth experience. On the day of drop off, i was helped by the same girl at the front to welcome Barry in, and he immediately seemed to be at ease, just wanting to sniff around and see what was going on. Fast forward to my return after a long flight back and I came in to pick him up. There was another front desk lady that helped me, and she immediately knew who I was picking up, and said he did super well, while playing with one of the older dogs that he seemed to get along with. I was relieved so much to hear he had a great time there with getting to spend time socializing with other dogs, and being fed twice a day with their recipe, and two play times. I also had him groomed and nails trimmed, which he smelled great and his coat looked so shiny and clean (even if he’s a short hair.) My pup was immediately super tired when I got him back, and seemed to be super mellow attitude wise, more attentive and behaved than when I dropped him off. I have been working on his temperaments and quirks, so it was a relief to hear how well he did with the other dogs. I will definitely be using Bend Pet Resort again in the future when I have to go away for an extended time, or if Barry just needs a day of play time / I need to get some things done.
