Had a tooth pulled because I was going to have an implant done somewhere else. Previous sinus surgery made it very hard to have an implant. They didn't seem to have the experience to have told me that. Your dental health can have an effect on your total health. I had been going there for years , but I won't go there again.

I really like this place. Dr.Dang treated me with kindness. She was very sweet and professional. As someone with anxiety and a panic disorder the dentist is never fun. The reviews made my anxiety even worse but once I was seen and treated I was so happy. There's definitely bad dentists out there but this isn't one of them. I think when you're in pain with dental issues, it's easy to find a fault with anything. Especially if it's not something that can be fixed same day. I have a horrible attitude when I'm in pain but honestly this place was great. I was even day dreaming throughout my treatment. That's how calm I was. In addition: I was very impressed with the anesthesia that I was given to numb me before any work was done. Usually I still feel some of the scrapping and the drilling but this time I didn't. I didn't even feel the pressure of my tooth being filled like I normally do. I hate that feeling. Idk if some people just don't know how to inject it correctly or what but that was a lovely change. Also I really liked how many women worked there. I prefer any, if not all medical treatment to be done with woman (if possible) so this was lovely. I would recommend giving this place a try. I left pain free and happy 🩷

Their customer service was so poor that I ended up walking out of my first exam. This is the dentist that the VA Community Care sent me to. When I called to make an appointment, I told the front desk lady my dental concerns and asked how to get them addressed speedily. She said there’s nothing she can do to speed up the process, I have to wait 3 weeks to come in and talk to the doctor. I asked several follow up questions and she refused to think outside of her process, so I came in 3 weeks later. When I arrived, it took 40 minutes to be seen. I finally told the doctor my dental and health concerns (including that I don’t want an xray because I had one already recently and want to minimize EMR exposure), the doctor asked me why I didn’t get my X-rays sent over before I showed up and said she can’t see me or give me a dental cleaning without them. I explained that I followed what her front desk person said and she said, “She must’ve thought you were saying something else,” and “I can’t get paid by your insurance unless I have X-rays.” That’s when I realized that this doctor and her staff don’t have a sense of personal accountability. They focus on getting insurance payments rather than on providing excellent customer care. Everyone’s overall attitude was one of shoving people through their industrial process like cogs in a system instead of relating with people like human beings. I don’t want someone like that cutting open my mouth. What a waste of time.

I had my first visit to this clinic today ! They took X-rays of my teeth & then diagnosed my dental problem & treated well !
