So fanny to see the ward “performance” on the name. Not sure what approach they are using, but making an 8 am appointment for all trucks and then keeping them forever is not a fan. They're unloading pretty quickly, but what they call “counting product” takes forever. Appointment is 8 am, I was empty by 9, but it's 1 pm now and they said I had 2 more trucks ahead of me to count the product. Hopefully, managers will read this and make some adjustments to the working approach and process.

Appointment 10 am arrival 9:30 got door right away. Empty 12:30 with no lumper fee. Not to bad depending what you bring them. I got frozen fries full load. No overnight parking

I had an appointment for 4:30 AM and arrived at 4:50 AM. Check-in was quick and smooth — no delays or issues. They gave me a door right away, and as soon as I backed in, they started unloading immediately. Very efficient and professional. One of the better places I’ve delivered to. Just a heads-up: no night parking available, so plan accordingly. Otherwise, no complaints at all!

1) A friendly check in at 0630 for a 0730 frozen appointment. 2) Received a door immediately. 3) Easy maneuverability for backing. 4) Fair lumper fee 5) Friendly, easy check out. POD in hand and out the gate at 0815. 1.75hrs total time on property. That's ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. I'm not a vagrant and REQUIRE access to facilities while at work. Port-lets are not adequate. So, ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Other than restroom issue, thanks for the great service. #trailertruckinaamerica ❤️🚛🇺🇲
