Even one star feels like too much for them. If I could, I’d give them a negative rating. They’re nothing but fraudsters of the highest order. They promised a fixed monthly bill of AED 30, but when the collection guy shows up, the bill is an outrageous AED 87—far beyond our actual monthly usage. To make matters worse, they’ve slapped on ridiculous and unrealistic connection and disconnection charges. It’s pure exploitation. This is beyond frustrating. Better switch to a cylinder or an electric stove than keep paying these scammers. DO NOT GET GAS CONNECTION FROM THEM!

Scam Alert: We typically receive a monthly bill of 200 AED. Today, however, an agent arrived with a bill for two months totaling 400 AED. Here's the issue: we were on vacation throughout December and the first week of January. Logically, the bill should reflect 200 AED for November and only the 20 AED service charge for December, as there was no one at home to use the gas. I can confidently say there was no usage during that time—unless we have ghosts using the gas in our absence! Despite this, they presented a high meter reading, which raises serious questions. How could the reading increase when the house was completely unoccupied?

Mr Wahab, is the best employee i came across from Brother gas. He is respectful while approaching and humble while talking. I am with brother gas since 2018 and I never met a person like him. Hope brother gas will keep this talent and promote him and hire more people like him.

I was in dubai production city we have moved i told them when disconnecting send the deposit said okey came disconnected no refund then i called this is from October when i call they are like okey will send today tomorrow still nothing its December and nothingno refundis returned... the bill is also hell high and very unprofessional company worst experience..
