My chick lost her heel insert and they were super helpful here. They took the bottom of the boot out and glued it down so that it would never fall out again and only charged her $10 total for 2 inserts and labor. She said the guy was super helpful and cool as well, couldn’t recommend enough!

I purchased a pair of boots, and orthotic insole and my whole ski game changed. He was so kind, so knowledgable, and so patient!
