Straightforward and honest came in with a charging issue with some headphones they did a couple of tests real quick and confirmed the charging Port wasn't working. Gave me the pros and cons of trying to repair these specific headphones and didn't charge a dime. It's going to take a little longer but the manufacturer will be able to help me out. These guys are awesome! They helped me out right before closing time. Very professional. Fixed my phone screen fast and was very knowledgeable. 5 stars because overall impressed with the service, and price.
