Dr. Pellegrino is an absolutely outstanding person and psychologist. You don't just go in there and vent, he has a plan and a structured approach that is extremely effective. He is kind, professional, very experienced and knowledgable. He explains things about how are brains work and provides information that is helpful in learning how to change our thoughts and actions. I'm not doing him justice here, if you need help, please go see him, you will be very impressed and glad you did!
