Dr. Ford truly is the best oral and maxillofacial surgeon. His expertise, professionalism, and compassionate approach made my mom’s surgery feel manageable. The entire staff was amazing. From the moment we walked in, John took great care of us. Antoinette and Paou were especially kind and supportive. I can’t recommend Dr. Ford and his incredible team enough to anyone in need of his services.

My wife had an appointment in radiology today. Very easy to get to and from the time we pulled up it was an amazing experience. The young man that welcomes people (NICO. )provide us with a wheelchair and brought my wife inside as I parked my car, only feet away in a free parking garage. Everybody there was friendly, helpful, and professional. As you walk through the doors, the smell of amazing food was cooking at the cafeteria. I can’t emphasize how wonderful this experience was.

Penn Telehealth Medicine nurse Dawn is wonderful. She has done more for my mother than some that have actually seen her in-person. When it comes to people that come see my mother, Patrick T , her Occupational Therapist is amazing. Sweet, caring, compassionate, motivating. My mother adores him and so do I. He's fantastic! Always on time or a little early which helps too for her schedule.

The hospital facility is very welcoming and the staff were professional and courteous. However, I was shocked to receive a hefty bill a couple of months later—even after insurance—for an ultrasound and injection. I've had this same procedure done several times with my previous doctor and only paid co-pay. Here, there were additional charges (like OT or other unexpected fees) that I wasn’t made aware of beforehand. Just a heads-up to anyone visiting—ask for a detailed cost estimate in advance to avoid surprises.
