I worked mainly with Sierra Belknap, who is an absolute rock star! Her prompt communication style and professional demeanor made our time working together extremely easy going and she was very considerate regarding both company's policies and procedures. Hands down one of the best contractors I've ever worked with! 10/10, no notes.

There are so many good things to say about Pence Northwest Construction! Highly skilled, super efficient, beautiful quality work and very friendly! Brent Pence, the owner and project manager, was so patient with any questions we had. He was very knowledgeable and seemed to really want to make us happy! His team of workers were so quick, it was wonderful! We had a 180' retaining wall and fence put in. The project involved 2 of my neighbors as well and Pence Northwest Construction was able to make all three houses happy... no easy feat! They worked in the cold and rain of December and January quickly until it was finished. The end product is beautiful! I love, love, love it! Thank you Brent, Austin and crew! We will definitely use you again!

Pence Northwest Construction great. We had owner Brent and his superintendent Austin at our home for 2 differnet projects. Was for a complete home remodel and a major tear out and reconstruction of 180ft retaining wall that was poorly put together between properties. They were both friendly. Brent was communicative with us on what to expect and when, and also was responsive to questions and ideas. He walked us through the process. Austin at the project site was friendly and also responded to questions if we had any when he was there. There team was timely, efficient, and professional, there jobsites were tidy and organized. The only delays we really had were due to waiting on supply chain issues, and when that happrn they communicated that as well. We will definitely use them again when the time arises.
