Big Stop was ok the first time. Visited for a second time total flop. Hot hamburger meal the burgs chard to a crisp/rock hard on 1 side barely had half the meal. Appreciate the server for compin a pepsi. Not worth the 23 bucks after an exhausting work day. Restaurant was not busy at the time.

Great place to stop, gas up, eat, and shower. We stop regurlarly in and enjoy the comfort of Mr's Leclair's services. Very friendly personnel and nice ambiance in restaurant. Can recommend

I can’t say enough good things about our server Sierra and the service she provided our family tonight. We dropped in with a party of 15 and Sierra worked quickly to accommodate us despite the fact we didn’t make a reservation. She was attentive, kind, great with the kids, joked around with us, and you could tell she was incredibly good at what she does. Sierra, you were like a breath of fresh air. Thanks again!

It was a day out for our family. Our treat was to be a nice lunch out. We have lived in the area for over 15 yrs, have tried this restaurant before, but it had been a while. So after looking at other places and their reviews we decided to give this place another chance. We got seated & served very quickly. The server took our orders & drinks came promptly. We then waited 30 minutes for our food. It was after the lunch rush and the place wasn’t that busy.To summarize : coffee (good), vanilla latte (don’t order!), mixed seafood platter : ALL over cooked. Maple chicken bacon poutine : good. Big stop omelette: order didn’t come with meat side, I ordered the ham but it was missing. The omelette was barely warm, veggies were raw, and omelette itself was cooked. Overall, the service was absent, food was very disappointing after spending almost $100 for 3 people, no desserts, no appetizers.
