Two years and 1000 lies later no headstone. I was told they had it for months and that it was engraved but crated up so they couldn’t show me what it looked like. four months after that, still no headstones set and the slab they actually poured was 8 inches too small for the headstone I was supposed to be getting. Thankfully, they would never get around to sending me a contract/invoice so that I could pay half down on it and I’m not out any money like these other people are. My heart breaks for them because many cannot afford a second headstone. The people that own it now are not the original owners of the name. Those owners were very good at their job. Kim Mack continues to commit fraud and I don’t know why she is still allowed to be open. DONT PAY, GO ELSEWHERE! *Fairview Monument saved the day and got me the headstone I wanted and designed, engraved and installed in less than 6 months.

The owner lied to my mother and I about my fathers headstone. They said it was here, and done... yet for 22 months, she kept giving us the run around about my fsthers head stone. I offered to pay for it, and pick it up to have another company plant the stone, but the owner refused and said she will never let another company plant one of her stones. I RECOMMEND YOU STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS POSSIBLE! They will lead you on for months....

It's currently been a year 1/2 since we ordered my mom's headstone. Still no headstone, no explanation, no money back. Kim will not respond to us any longer. I highly suggest not doing business with this company.

If there was a negative star I would click that instead of a one star. I have waited over a year for my dad’s headstone to be set. Excuse after excuse. Told me it would be set August 10th. Still waiting. It’s now the 23rd. We called and let them know yesterday that they had 7 days to set the stone or legal action would be taken. Of course the only one that “supposedly” knows anything in that business, is Kimberly. News flash!! She knows NOTHING!! Can’t even call back the number that was left!! She calls my mother instead of me! So now all of a sudden, she calls me and says she will have the stone set Friday morning. It should have never come to this in the first place. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! I do not enjoy coming to see my dad with a paper name plate that’s chewed up by a cemetery weed eater!! If you want a headstone in a timely manner, take your business elsewhere.
