Hern arrived and provided a great explanation of the type of system suitable for my needs and budget. He took the time to examine my existing system and explained clearly what the new systems had to offer. It was really hot that week so he ensured they can have the system installed asap and he replied promptly to my text message while he was commuting (he pulled over to safely reply). Ryan and his team (Yuslan and Shivam) came to install the system and took great care in protecting my flooring. They took the time to repaint the foundation of the AC unit to prevent rusting and redid all the piping to ensure proper flow of the excess water from the condensation. They were very friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend them if you need a new heating or AC unit.

the work done was not explained, for example: there were 3 holes done in my aircon and never got explained on their need. If it damages anything then who is going to repair them? Edit: Allen and Chris came to do a followup visit and assured that these holes made are just to check the temperature and does not effect any performance of the equipment and they put in new screws to close the holes. Thank you

My Lennox furnace had not been serviced for many years, and the first time I needed it did not start up well. I called Peel heating and was able to make a maintenance service call that same day. Peter A showed up on time and did a very thorough check and cleaning. He was professional and very personable. He explained what he was doing, educated me on the furnace and gave simple tips to ensure an efficient running furnace. Great service and value gained.

We had to replace our A/C and furnace after a breakdown in our A/C during the June heatwave. We had a well explained estimate of what would be required. The 2 workers that did the installations were very professional and described everything they were doing. Any questions we asked were answered.
