I had worked with Cynthia years ago and she was wonderful but twice recently I tried using her and she doesn't return phone calls. I had to call multiple times finally got her to call back gave her my information and what we wanted to do and she never bothered to call me back with any prices! Will never use or recommend Pearsons!

The staff is always very friendly and helpful. They always go above and beyond to ensure you have a pleasant experience! They have cool knickknacks and any travel items you may need. They also carry Lampe Berger oil (which I’m absolutely thrilled that they do) and are very conveniently located!

I visited Pearson's Travel to schedule a much needed vacation to the Bahama's for a group of five people. I was directed to speak with Judy Nicholson and she seemed very eager to help me. They were having computer issues at the time and that is totally understandable, so the agent and I discussed what we wanted to book and she told me she would work on it at home and get back to me with prices. Well it has been a little over a week and I have not heard a word back from her. I contacted her four days after our initial meeting and told her what I had found on the internet as far as hotels and air fare. She then stated that she would get on it and call me back. Still nothing. I am extremely disappointed with the service that I have received and Pearson's came highly recommended from several physicians that I work with. We wanted to pay for this trip in full, and now I have to seek help elsewhere to make arrangements. Maybe the other agents are more helpful, however Judy Nicholson is not. Someone else may have better luck with Pearson's but I will not recommend them to anyone that I know. Also, the physicians I work with were not happy with the service I received from their recommendation, and they will take their business elsewhere.
