I retained Mr. Poziomka for a past HRTO case where he achieved a great result, and I appreciated the success. Unfortunately, when I faced a new discriminatory issue and sought his legal representation again, Mr. Poziomka refused to provide guidance despite the merits of my case. I also reached out to Mr. Nick Papageorge, wade previous associate who had helped me he indicated they were 'overwhelmed' and stated Ross and McBride wouldn't be involved in my litigation. I wanted continuity with the same lawyer, which is important for complex cases like mine, but they declined consultation. When I tried to provide more information, Mr. Papageorge said, 'Like I said, Ross and McBride will not be involved in such litigation so you do not need to send us this information. I regret choosing these attorneys given their uncompassionate and dismissive approach, especially contrasting with helpful support I received from HRLSC that led to a good settlement elsewhere

Someone recommended them to me, so I called seeking legal help for full custody, and possibly emergency order as I did not know what to do or how to proceed with my situation. Received call back from receptionist who said would send me over call to lawyer. Lawyer immediately raising her voice and said I don't have time for an emergency order, and I said I was specifically asking for that, just needed to know what she would recommend, she was very short and said "well I'm $550/hr I wouldn't even waste my time helping you, I would pass it off to someone else." I just needed a lawyer and help. The conversation was a few minutes or less, I hung up because I was crying. Then receptionist called me back and said if I'm suspecting abuse I should contact the proper authorities, which I had already done and they advised I get a lawyer. I get your job is stressful but I'm looking for support for my family, is that not what lawyers do? Maybe I caught her on a bad day. 10/10 do not recommend
