The funny thing was that I had met Jared at a plumbing mart before. I was struggling with my purchase and Jared held the door for me. He then helped me get my purchase to my car. I saw him get into his truck and I wrote down the name. When we needed help I called Jared.

Jared is in my top 10 speed dial list:) Even yesterday, I called him on a Sunday afternoon when it was 26 degrees out on Oct. 4th & he picked up on the 1st ring. I was at an elderly neighbour's house in Etobicoke, she is 99yrs old & still living in her own house & sharp as a tack. She had been telling me that she couldn't get a call back from a Plumber about installing a back drain in case the sewers backed up - she was trying to avert a catastrophe if her bsmt flooded due to the more serious storms that are happening everywhere. Jared could have gotten an expensive job, at least $2800, but instead he trouble shooted with her in that she has been there for 60yrs & she has never had a flood & she is on higher ground than her neighbour's, including my family's old house 2 doors away, & none of us ever had flooding. I can't remember the other reasons but my point is that Jared is always willing to go the extra mile for his customer's with advice & even if he doesn't get a job out of it. Jared and his assistant Rocky do not disappoint. This is the second occasion I've had Oneplumb Plumbing to my home.  This time, I had a burst pipe above a basement bathroom ceiling, which leaked through the wall into the basement drain. Jared zeroed in on the problem in a difficult-to-access area and replaced the pipe quickly. He explained clearly what he would do before the repair and the cost. His invoice was clear, detailed and fair. Above all, you can tell Jared is passionate about his work, and the result is high-quality, with a parts and labour guarantee.  I've been a homeowner for over 30 years, living in four different homes, and he's the most competent plumbing professional I've dealt with. --------------------------- Very knowledgeable; honest, quality work, and professional. I called Oneplumb Plumbing because I believed I had high water pressure and may need a pressure regulator. I also needed a couple of shut-off valves and a hose bib replaced. Jared tested my water pressure and it was just within the safe range. He said he could install a pressure regulator but didn't feel it was necessary. He said he would install one if I preferred but warned me of a significant cost to do so. I decided not to have one installed but I did have the other work done. He and his assistant worked quickly and efficiently so that the water was not off too long. The result was a quality replacement of valves, bib, laundry faucet and connect pipe work, including thorough cleanup. Jared also gave me several tips on how to maintain the faucets and valves and what to watch out for in the future. I have previously had other plumbers do work in my home and Jared's services were noticeably superior.
