This is by far the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. If I could leave negative stars, I would. From the start, the leasing process was painfully slow and unorganized compared to every other place I’ve rented. That should have been my first warning. When I finally moved in, the unit was absolutely disgusting — cockroach carcasses, piles of borax hidden in corners, and filth everywhere, despite being told it would be cleaned. This was especially horrifying because I was pregnant at the time and had a one-year-old child. The problems have only snowballed since. Management is unresponsive, careless, and shows zero concern for tenant safety. I have personally had to: • Pay out of pocket to de-winterize the swamp cooler (falsely listed as AC) for the entire 4-plex because management wouldn’t lift a finger. • Repair sparking electrical wiring that was a serious fire hazard. • Scrub mold out of the fridge that came with the unit. • Deal with a broken dishwasher that ruined dishes. • Report mold/mildew in my child’s room — management’s “solution” was a cotton swab test I never heard back about. The entire complex reeks, has a major ant problem, and feels unsafe and unsanitary. The rent may look cheap on paper, but you will end up paying far more in stress, repairs, and health risks. This company is negligent, dishonest, and has no business managing rental properties. Save yourself the nightmare and do not rent from them.

I would like to say Thank you so much to Luis and the guy who came for the water pipe sprinkle leaked. The water was shut down after 10 mins. to be able to prevent a flood in our living room downstairs. They acted fast and helped us right away. Thank you so much again and great job! Very vatisfied customer here for fast communication and action.
