My computer failed me at the most critical time possible. To be honest it wasn't the computers fault, it was operator error. One call to the Absolutely PC help team and the problem was identified and quickly sorted without any fuss. All with the added plus that no one blamed the operator !! A fantastic service
We have been with absolutepc since our inception over 7 years ago but over the last 12 months they've really lost their way. Seemingly staffed by very young, junior and inexperienced staff who are unable to complete even the simplest of tasks without the need for us to follow up and ask for changes....even onboarding new staff. It is painful! They're costs for as hoc services is extortionate and they are unable to 'lead' you through business change. We've now made the decision to move and whilst promising to make the transition a smooth one, absolutelypc have been an absolute pain to deal with. John (the owner) talks a good game but it's trumpesk falsehoods!
Absolute PC provide our church IT support. They have been consistently on top of everything we've needed. They respond quickly to any issues and are excellent in dealing with concerns as we contact them. They act quickly and their team are always helpful. Their remote support and ability to access our machines securely when required means that they can offer us the comprehensive one stop shop we need to keep our IT running smoothly, with maximum security and with the software we actually need. I particularly appreciate their attention to detail and the ways they always talk us through anything they need to do to fix or update things.
