I brought my MSI Stealth GS66 in for a screen replacement. While the staff were polite and professional, my laptop came back with several keys no longer working and it now shuts off instantly when unplugged, issues that didn’t exist before. When I returned, I was told a “few keys” weren’t working beforehand, but that was never mentioned or documented. I was also told the battery might be at fault due to being at 65%, which makes little sense for a laptop that worked fine before. I raised concerns about whether the battery was properly disconnected during the repair, but was told “that doesn’t happen,” which isn’t accurate. Although they verbally walked me through the steps they did to verify they didn't cause the problems it doesn't make sense as my laptop was working completely fine prior to the screen replacement. They are unable to offer me a firm diagnosis nor a solution to the problems that did not exist before.

We had some issues with our computer, turn out hard drive was old needed replacement which they diagnosed fast and fix the issues without recommending a new computer, or anything else, treated with respect and highly effective Kudos to the team

I recommend them. My computer's cooling fan was not operating. They took a look at it and fixed it. When I first picked it up, the new cooling fan also did not work; however, they took my computer back and fixed it again without extra charge. they have excellent customer service!!!!
