Dusti JonesComplete waste of my time! Made a deal for one tire installed. I was on my way to get it installed when I stopped for gas and noticed I would actually need a second tire. When I called back to ask about the second tire I was told that they sold the tires on me and had no other ones in stock. I live 350 km away and made sure I called to reserve the time and tires I needed to have a worry free drive home. I was not able to get my tires done that day because nobody had time and had to spend an extra night in the city. I also had to take an additional day off work! They did not even call me to let me know they sold them. Had I have shown up for my scheduled appointment they would have just brushed me off as if my business did not matter. Zero courtesy. I am very upset that they did not at least call me back to tell me what had happened. Terrible customer service. The person on the phone showed no care and hung up on me. Beware of no care.

Horrible service, called for tired they asked me my size and pricing, the totally ignored my request started and started yelling his employees, in his mother tongue proceeded by hanging up on me and and not returning the call back. Absolute garbage experience and would not recommend going here just off how they treat potential customers. Rude and unprofessional.
pulkit sihagI got my cars tire changed from here. It was really a good experience, they have their own policy of First come and first serve without any appointments. The behaviour of the staff members and service was also amazing.

Lexcia Barrett [Staff]I went to this mechanic to fix my car, they changed my control arm and somehow after getting it fixed, every light in my dashboard came on and it seems they set off the sensors in my car, I went back to them and the owner basically told me to reset it myself by watching a Youtube video, I stayed at the shop and tried to do this and I couldn’t, I went back in the shop and told him I couldn’t fix it myself, it’s not my job to fix it and he refused to do it, 4 days later and my sensors are still in on my dashboard. Absolutely unprofessional
