My contract with this company lasted five days. While the team demonstrated strong passion and energy (that is amazing), this shifted in ways that negatively affected the collaboration. Key challenges: • Delays in providing industry-standard quotations • Invoicing beyond the agreed scope (including insisting on withholding funds for services not agreed upon) • Emotional dynamics that impacted business efficiency • Pressure to adapt to the company’s internal workflows rather than accommodating client needs The contract was terminated before actual work began, primarily due to significant communication barriers. To summarize the experience: “As a client, I felt to fully align with their internal standards and processes—or you’re not the right fit.” Their Instagram video on “time management and client classification based on the relationship they can build with you" is a must to watch.

I had a fantastic experience working with talented architects. Their designs were top-notch, and they demonstrated great patience, especially when I suggested changes. The collaboration was smooth, and the teamwork really stood out. Highly impressed!

My castle was designed and built by Paya Bana. I honestly was afraid to give everything to them especially my project was by large the first project that they take from scratch.
