Contacted the company as I wanted a smaller sheepskin tug on the Paws bungee item. Jack got straight back and confirmed they were able to do this. Super quick dispatch. My mini schnauzer loves it. Have bought from here before and found products well made. I like the fact 'Paws Made'items are UK made. It's great to be able to support UK manufacturers. I would definitely recommend this company.

Ordered yesterday arrived today. One of the products I had ordered became out of stock, I recieved a phone call to explain this and given options of what I could do , this included me choosing another product which although it was more expenisve I wasn't charged any extra. As usual all the products were perfect, well packaged and excellent quality. Wouldnt feed our dogs anything but the best. Thanks again guys
