I honestly didn’t know what to expect, but Jessie did a good job and handled things with care. I appreciated the effort and the way everything was approached. The only thing I felt a little sad about was that Lily didn’t get her nails filed—she was very anxious, and I guess I had hoped there might be a gentle method or special technique to help with that. Still, I understand these things can be tricky, and I’m grateful for the patience shown. Thank you for your service.
