I recently attended Paul’s Listening Skills Workshop and was pleasantly surprised with how fun it was to learn about listening. He engaged the audience, offered time to practice, and provoked personal reflection in only 90 minutes. I now have a greater awareness of my behaviours and a deeper understanding of the importance of silence, open questions, self-disclosure, and observations when communicating. I look forward to applying these new skills in my personal and professional relationships and becoming a better communicator. Thank you, Paul!

I attended a workshop by Paul Kiss on improving my communication skills. His workshop was called: Stop. Look. Listen. Paul is an engaging and dynamic leader, helping us relax and be willing to share and explore thoughts & ideas. There was time set to practice these new skills with the whole group, or in pairs, and to integrate the new concepts suggested. Not only was I able to walk away with greater awareness on how I was handling communication in my personal and business environments, but I had new tools to utilize, plus a workbook with all the material covered.
