Sabrina KimballI just wanted to give a SHOUT-OUT to my Technicoan - Zack! He is AMAZING! He is always kind and considerate and goes out of his way to give help and superior service. I recently had a infestation of yellow jackets in the wall of my garage. Zack knew just what to do to eliminate the issue. He also advised me to remove the nest. I am so glad he did. The nest was huge and if it had not been removed from the wall would have decomposed and caused other issues. We all were amazed at how large the nest was. HarriYesterday, 6/12/2025, I received exceptional service from Paul's Pest Control. In fact, this was the year that I was seriously thinking about trying a new service. We have been using this company for years and received 'fair' service UNTIL Brad was assigned. Brad did a great job. Brad excelled, he was awesome!! He was very professional and thorough. I finally received the services as if I was a new customer again. You know what I mean, where the services start off great and then become mediocre the longer you are with the company. Unfortunately, the survey had expired before I could include a gratuity. However, I did call the company to see how I can a send a gratuity and I am awaiting their call back.

Iāve used other companies in the past, but their level of customer service was far above anything Iāve ever experienced.
