Called Paul at approximately 6 PM Monday evening to see if he could diagnose why my truck wasn't starting (dead in the Walmart parking lot) he was just around the corner finishing up a job so it was a very short drive. I advised him that I had disconnected the battery to try to reset the computer and checked all of the fuses, and unplugged the air intake. He rechecked all of that and tried to so something else but his tool broke. He then sprayed starter fluid and my truck started but would not run. He said it was probably the fuel pump (which I had replaced not long ago and told him that so that was an easy out for him) He was there less than 30 minutes. I had my truck towed home the next morning. It is running fine now, clearly not the fuel pump or it would still be dead, but something else. I was charged 100.00. While I appreciated him coming out (I offered to wait until the next business day) I thought the charge was a bit steep for the little bit he did and no solution and his "guess" wasn't correct. My fault for not asking the price up front. But just a heads up. Paul is doing well for himself at 200.00 an hour.

Paul arrived on scene within an hour, diagnosed our car super fast and fixed it quickly. Thanks to Paul we will make it home tonight! Very nice and friendly! If your car breaks down in this area Paul is your man!

We have an older Buick (2011 LaCrosse) that was inherited from my father and it started to have recurring issues with the brakes. The pedal would go all the way to the floor, had no resistance, wouldn't return to the fully upright position and the electronic parking brake would activate itself in extreme heat. Paul came out and looked the car over and determined that a new master cylinder/brake booster assembly was needed. Tear down was rough on that GM V6 but we got the parts, Paul installed them and got the car back on the road for us. Excellent business and we highly recommend!!
